At Tackle Deals Direct, we aim to get your fishing tackle to you quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs, and delivery times. All orders are processed from our UK warehouse and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Mainland Delivery

 

• Orders Under £30: A small order surcharge of £7.95 is applied to cover shipping, handling and packaging. Orders of £30 or more are shipped free of charge.

 

How We Ship

We partner with trusted couriers like Royal Mail, DPD, and ParcelForce to ensure your order arrives safely. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
 

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. During peak seasons (e.g., spring fishing season or holidays), this may extend slightly—we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number, and we’ll track it down for you. UK orders delayed beyond 10 working days may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to investigation with our couriers.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they’re unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for full details.
