Refund Policy
 

At Tackle Deals Direct, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights under UK law. Last updated: March 19, 2025.
 

1. Your Cancellation Rights
 

  • Distance Sales: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason (except custom-made items).
     

  • How to Cancel: Notify us within 14 days of receipt. Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
     

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
     

  • Refund: We’ll refund the full cost of the goods (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned items. You pay return postage unless we agree otherwise.
     

2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
 

  • Consumer Rights Act: If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
     

  • How to Return: Contact us to report the issue. We’ll provide return instructions. We cover return postage for faulty items.
     

  • Refund: Processed within 14 days of receiving the return or, if not returned, after you prove the fault (e.g., photos).
     

3. How Refunds Are Issued
 

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (e.g., card, PayPal). Contact us if you don’t see it within 14 days.
     

4. Exclusions
 

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved reels) can’t be returned unless faulty.
     

  • Perishable goods (e.g. bait) are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
